Judd was born and raised in Austin, Texas.  He attended Baylor University and graduated with a BBA in 2006.  From there, Judd went on to work as a property manager, managing 60,000 SF of flex space and doing tenant and landlord representation in Austin for a number of years until he moved out to California to be closer to the Ocean.  While he could have chosen any coast, after visiting Monterey Bay during college, something about the Central Coast of California would never quit calling him.

In 2010 he made the move, for the last 10 years he’s been managing facilities for an agricultural company doing everything from installing irrigation systems to installing electrical and HVAC equipment while performing site inspections on a regular basis.  When he’s not inspecting properties, you can find Judd riding bikes with his family or taking landscape photos of the central coast.  Check out edwinbullphotography.com to see some of his work.
